I recently became a part of Maxi Aids, a store providing independant living products.
I would like to get some feedback on your biggest complaints about Assistive technology websites and/or assitive technology vendor's customer service. If you know of practices that are beneficial to you as a customer, I would be interested in that also.
My goal is to improve a person's experience in dealing with Maxi Aids. Obviously, a major reason is to increase sales, but, more importantly, I want to help provide the best information and service to people who have a need. I have some experience, through my wife's work with mentally ill and autistic individuals, but the more information I have, the better.
